Lesson Structure Breakdown

Junior Players aged 5-8. This lesson is based on learning the fundamentals of tennis. We will focus on agility, balance, and hand-eye coordination in order to expedite skill and progression needed for serves. rallies, and scoring.

Junior Players ages 7-10. This lesson based on being more technically sound with movement and technique to be able to play using a larger court. At this stage we focus more on adding transitions to their game including consistency, redirecting, spin, power and depth.

Junior Players ages 9-12. This lesson is based on players who can play and navigate the full court without hesitation. Players must be able to maintain technical parameters learned in previous levels leading up to Level 3. The students will continue to tweak and refine technical and tactical fundamentals.

Junior Players ages 11-18. Every element of tennis will be covered. At this stage players should be able to use and control all aspects of their game: Control, Depth, Direction, Spin, and Speed.

Junior Players ages: 13-18. This lesson is structured towards players with tournament and match experience. Continous practice and adjustments will be used to keep impoving those skills

Adult & Novice Players

This structure is used to work on technical and fundamentals. Tactics will be taught as well as match play practice. Beginner players will also follow this structure once we’ve covered the fundamentals of tennis.
